ORDER PROCESS & COMMUNICATION

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

1. We accept payments in INR via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and mobile wallets.

2. Payments made with foreign currency accounts will be converted to INR at the prevailing rate.

3. We do not accept cash or cheque payments online.

4. In case of payment failure, please retry with correct details. If your account is debited after a failed payment, it will be reversed within 7 business days.

5. Refunds, if any, will be processed as store credit or coupon code at our sole discretion.
